Shipping Information

Shipping- order costs

Netherlands:
Orders with a value of €85 or more, including VAT, are shipped free of charge. A surcharge may only apply for higher weight, volume, and/or dimensions.
Orders with a shipping rate of €3.95 are shipped by envelope without track & trace.
Orders with a shipping rate of €4.85 are shipped by letterbox-sized parcel within 48 hours with track & trace.
The advantage of letterbox-sized shipments is the lower costs, and you don't need to be home for delivery.
Shipping rates from €8.60 to €16.50 are depending on weight, volume, and/or dimensions.
If you want the parts processed as quickly as possible with track & trace, please add item number 10000 to your order.
Value insurance is not included as standard, add item number 10001 to your order if you want to insure the value of your shipment against loss or damage.

Belgium:
Orders with a value of €100 or more, including VAT, are shipped free of charge. A surcharge may only apply for higher weight, volume, and/or dimensions.
Shipping rates from €9.95 to €16.95 are depending on weight, volume, and/or dimensions.
No standard value insurance is included, please add item number 10001 to your order if you wish to insure the value of your shipment against loss or damage.

When will the parts be shipped?

In stock: The order will be shipped as soon as possible if all items are in stock and payment has been confirmed.
If the status is "in stock" in the webshop and you order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we will do our best to ship it the same day.
Out of stock: Request a back-in-stock notification. We will inform you of the expected delivery time as soon as possible.

Delivery will be carried out by PostNL or DPD, but can also be arranged via DHL or UPS upon request. Once your package is registered, you will receive an email from the carrier with information about your shipment's package number.
If you have a preference for a specific carrier, please indicate this in the comments section of your order.

Packages with track & trace can be tracked once they have been scanned by the carrier.
